    YUMLife DEstination listing

    TYPE OF DESTINTATION
    RV owners are required to maintain liability insurance on their vehicle and proof of such insurance must be carried in the vehicle. The Destinations are NOT responsible for damage or theft to RVs, tow cars or to YUMLife™ Travel Passholders, family or guests.
    RV owners agree to hold harmless     YUMLife™LLC Destinations, all Destinations and their personnel from and against any and all claims arising from their visits.
    I understand that YUMLife™LLC Destinations accepts no responsibility for any relationship between me and guest RV owners, and I absolve YUMLife™LLC Destinations from any responsibility that may arise from any contractual or non-contractual arrangements between the RV owner and me.
    Destinations agree to maintain their listing for an initial period of one year, with listing to be automatically renewed each year unless either party has received a written termination request. All Destination acknowledge that they maintain general liability insurance coverage.

YUMLife™ Destination Responsibilities:

  • Be a licensed biz and have an online presence.
  • Have your awesome products or services for sale.
  • Establish that your existing liability policy covers you.
  • Determine what size RVs you will accommodate.
  • Decide the number of RV spaces to make available.
  • RVs like easy entry; no tight turns, no tree branches, etc.
  • RV's like level parking and space for RV's with side-slide outs. 
  • Let your people know to expect a call from YUMLife™ Passholders.
  • Let your people know where you want your Passholders to park.
  • YUMLife™ Passholders will have a Travel Pass and RV Hang Tag.
  • Your listing will be with us for at least one year as our Passholders like to know they can plan their destination driven journey up to one year in advance.
  • Written listing termination requested.
